Black Diamond Group is committed to ensuring best standards of practice in the workplace reflecting our obligations to the wider community in which we live and the environment. Securing our climate
We aim to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment. To this end, we have introduced eco-friendly practices and initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint and to save energy and recycle our waste responsibly. These include: Reducing energy use by being aware of energy use within the office and on site: Recycling wastepaper, glass and plastics and responsible disposal of electrical items and toner / ink cartridges. Reducing waste. Sourcing materials responsibly. Ensuring suppliers adhere to sound environmental principles. Minimising carbon emissions by reducing the need for travel where appropriate. Providing training and awareness programmes for employees. As a minimum we will abide by regulations, laws, and codes of practice on environmental matters which apply to us. We aim to go further by incorporating best practice guidelines as a means of minimising environmental pollution. Regular audits will be carried out to ensure that we are complying with these standards and objectives and targets will be set for improvement.

We are committed to upholding our corporate social responsiblity by actively engaging in community and charitable activities. Recognising our responsibility to contribute positively to the communities in which we operate, we have implemented a range of initiatives aimed at making a meaningful impact. Our efforts focus on supporting education, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic development. Through partnerships with local organisations, we actively engage in educational programs empowering individuals and enhancing their prospects for a better future. Furthermore, we actively participate in socio-economic development by supporting entrepreneurship and training self enhancement programs.
